Farm and ranch property surrounds Pima, and a shop or barn floor sees oil, fertilizer, mud and heavy equipment. A diamond-ground, epoxy-coated shop floor is easier to clean and far more resistant to stains than bare concrete.
Homes here range from older houses in town to newer builds on acreage. Older interiors often need drywall repair and texture matching before a repaint, and that is work we do ourselves instead of handing off to another trade.
Out in the open valley, sun and wind are rough on exterior paint and wood. Fences, barn doors, porches and decks need a stain that holds up to heat, monsoon rain and cold winter nights.
Garage floors at home get the same treatment as shop floors: proper prep, primer and a UV-stable topcoat so the finish does not peel or lift in the summer heat.
